Who is responsible
Ant Hive d.o.o., Braće Radića 41, Solin, Croatia, OIB 87072518531, is the controller for personal data collected through this site. For anything about your data, email inbound at anthive.dev or write to that address.
What this site doesn't do
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
The contact form
When you send a message, the form collects your name, your email address, your message, and optionally your company and the problem you picked. It's delivered to my inbox by email, so I can reply. Nothing is stored on the web server.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
To stop spam, your IP address is held in memory for up to ten minutes to limit how many messages one connection can send. It isn't written to disk or linked to your message.
I keep messages for as long as I need them to deal with your enquiry. If no work follows, I delete them within 12 months. If we work together, records are kept for as long as Croatian law requires.
Booking a call
The "Book a call" links take you to Cal.com, which handles scheduling for me. What you enter there (your name, email and any notes) is processed by Cal.com on my behalf and may be transferred outside the EU under the safeguards described in Cal.com's privacy policy.
Hosting and email
The site runs on a server I manage myself with Coolify. Like any web server, it may log technical data such as IP addresses and the pages requested, which is used only to keep the site running and secure and is deleted after a short period.
Email is handled by Namecheap's Private Email service, which stores messages sent through the contact form.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these, email inbound at anthive.dev.
If you think your data has been handled wrongly, you can complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP.
